Mediterranean Flat Iron Steak Pita

Main Ingredient: Black Canyon® Beef Flat Iron Steaks

2 Beef Flat Iron Steaks, about 1 pound
4 pita breads
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped cherry or grape tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced, pitted Kalamata olives
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 to 2 tablespoons Italian dressing


  1. Combine rub ingredients; press evenly into both sides of steaks. Preheat cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot.  Add steaks; cook 13 to 15 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning several times.
  2. Meanwhile in small bowl, combine relish ingredients.
  3. Carve steak into thin slices; season with salt. Arrange equal amounts of steak on top of each pita; top with relish and cheese.
