Mexican Beef Salad
12 oz. leftover Oaxacan braised food .eez roast, eezy shred, shredded
12 oz. lettuce leaves
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 avocado , peeled seeded and chopped
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
Place the lettuce in 2 bowls, top with remaining vegetables, then shredded beef. Garnish with cheese, cilantro and salsa.
