Grilled Lemon Oregano Petite Sirloin Steaks

4 to 6 pounds Angus Beef Petite Sirloin Steaks, cut 1 inch


1. Combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto beef steaks.

2. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill steak, covered, 12 to 16 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 11 to 14 minutes) for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness, turning occasionally.

3. Carve steaks into slices; season with salt.
