A Legacy of Angus

Back in 1873, at the Kansas City Livestock Expo, a magnificent jet-black Angus bull stole the show. No wonder. This big, hearty Scottish breed distinguished itself for not only surviving long and bitter winters, but also for producing delicious, tender beef.

Today, whenever you see the Black Canyon® seal, you can rest assured that the very same ranch families who introduced Angus beef to Americans so long ago, are proudly carrying on that tradition of quality to this very day.
