- Cut beef into ¾ to 1-inch pieces
- Place into stockpot with 2 TSP oil
- Add: 1 cup water, ramen noodles, seasoning packet, ginger.
- Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover tightly.
- Simmer 75-90 minutes or until fork-tender.
Pro tip: braising method tenderizes beef and develops a rich sauce! - Remove beef; keep warm
- Add water, ramen, and veggies
- Cook uncovered, 4-6 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender and noodles tender
- Carve beef into thin slices; return to stockpot
- Season with salt and pepper or add some crunch: try crispy fried shallots, sliced almonds, or toasted sesame seeds.
- Garish and serve
Ingredients
Boneless Beef Shoulder, Chuck Arm or Blade Steaks, cut ¾-1-inch thick
2 tsp oil
1 pack ramen noodles + seasoning packet
Ginger
Any veggies of choice!
Salt, pepper
Optional: Crispy fried shallots, sliced almonds, or toasted sesame seeds
