Dinner in a Bowl

Make a delicious Asian inspired dish with beef, veggies with noodles in one bowl for easy cleanup!

More meals, less dishes!

  1. Cut beef into ¾ to 1-inch pieces
  2. Place into stockpot with 2 TSP oil
  3. Add: 1 cup water, ramen noodles, seasoning packet, ginger.
  4. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover tightly.
  5. Simmer 75-90 minutes or until fork-tender.
    Pro tip: braising method tenderizes beef and develops a rich sauce!
  6. Remove beef; keep warm
  7. Add water, ramen, and veggies
  8. Cook uncovered, 4-6 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender and noodles tender
  9. Carve beef into thin slices; return to stockpot
  10. Season with salt and pepper or add some crunch: try crispy fried shallots, sliced almonds, or toasted sesame seeds.
  11. Garish and serve


Boneless Beef Shoulder, Chuck Arm or Blade Steaks, cut ¾-1-inch thick
2 tsp oil
1 pack ramen noodles + seasoning packet
Any veggies of choice!
Salt, pepper
Optional: Crispy fried shallots, sliced almonds, or toasted sesame seeds
