Make-Ahead Mini Meatballs
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Combine lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape into 24 1” mini meatballs.
- Place onto a broiler pan greased with cooking spray.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes at 400°F.
- Let cool, then freeze for later.
