Buffalo-Style Beef Bites
- Heat oil in large stockpot over medium. Make sure it’s hot!
- Brown half of ribs. Remove from pot.
- Repeat with remaining ribs.
- Return all ribs to stockpot.
- Add to pot: beef broth, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Cover pot tightly. Simmer for 105 – 120 minutes until fork tender.
- Remove ribs from liquid. Discard excess.
- Toss with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!

1 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, divided
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
