Buffalo-Style Beef Bites

Serve up these Buffalo-Style Beef Bites at your next get together. It’s a plate that’s made to party!

  1. Heat oil in large stockpot over medium. Make sure it’s hot!
  2. Brown half of ribs. Remove from pot.
  3. Repeat with remaining ribs.
  4. Return all ribs to stockpot.
  5. Add to pot: beef broth, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.
  6. Cover pot tightly. Simmer for 105 – 120 minutes until fork tender.
  7. Remove ribs from liquid. Discard excess.
  8. Toss with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles.
  10. Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!

2 lbs country-style ribs, cut into 1” pieces
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, divided
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Carrot and celery sticks (optional)
