London Broil in the Air Fryer

Easy, fast and delicious every time…a true game changer for game day!

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F
  2. Coat meat evenly (face and sides) with 1 tbsp oil and then rub on ½ of spices/herbs.
  3. Place in air fryer basket (herb side down).
  4. Coat remaining side with remaining 1 tbsp oil and remaining spices/herbs.
  5. Air fry:
    • For medium rare: 135°F at 400°F for 16 minutes. Flip halfway.
    • For medium: 145°F at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip halfway.
  6. Remove steak to plate to rest and cover loosely with aluminum foil for 5-10 minutes.

Slice thin against the grain and serve!
Makes about 4-5 servings.

Ingredients

2 ¼ lbs London Broil (beef top round or sirloin tip steak) (approx. 1½ inches thick)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Chili powder to taste
Herbes de Provence (rosemary, thyme & oregano or any spices/rub desired)
