One-Pan Beef Tri-Tip
One pan, no problem!
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Your Roast. Plan on 1/2 lb per person!
- Mix 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Pat dry, then apply rub.
- Place on rack in roasting pan.
- Insert meat thermometer where thickest.
Prep the sprouts!
- Toss sprouts with remaining salt, pepper, and vegetable oil.
- Arrange around roast.
- Roast 40 – 50 minutes. Medium rare 135 ̊ F || Roast 50 – 60 minutes. Medium 150 ̊ F
- Remove roast at desired doneness. Sprouts should be crispy!
- Transfer roast to carving board. Tent loosely with foil.
- Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
- Carve beef into slices. Serve and enjoy!

1 tsp + 1/2 tsp salt, divided
1 tsp + 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper, divided
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
