You can prepare the ultimate Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches at home with this stir-fry method!

  1. Cut top sirloin or flank steak lengthwise, then into thin slices. Pro Tip: Freeze the steak for 30 minutes for easier slicing!
  2. Season with pepper and garlic.
