Alternative: use tenderloin tips! - Grill 11-15 minutes, turn once.
Satay Style
- Cut flank into ¼-inch slices.
Pro Tip: Freeze flank steak for 30 minutes for easier slicing! - Choose Your Beef Partners! Bell peppers, squash or mushrooms work great.
- Cut into similar sized pieces.
- Select a skewer: bamboo or metal?
Bamboo: Soak for 20 minutes
Metal: Ready to use! - Space the pieces out for even cooking!
