Whichever skewer style and vegetables you choose, these sizzlin’ skewers are sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Serve up sizzlin’ skewers!
Choose your style: chunk or satay.

Chunk style

  1. Cut boneless sirloin steak into 1.5-inch pieces.
    Alternative: use tenderloin tips!
  2. Grill 11-15 minutes, turn once.

Satay Style

  1. Cut flank into ¼-inch slices.
    Pro Tip: Freeze flank steak for 30 minutes for easier slicing!
  2. Choose Your Beef Partners! Bell peppers, squash or mushrooms work great.
  3. Cut into similar sized pieces.
  4. Select a skewer: bamboo or metal?
    Bamboo: Soak for 20 minutes
    Metal: Ready to use!
  5. Space the pieces out for even cooking!
  6. Place kabobs on grill over medium, ash-covered coals, or preheated gas grill on medium heat.
  7. Grill 2-3 minutes, turn once.
